I’m a California-based therapist who works with adults struggling with OCD, anxiety, and eating issues. Many of my clients look like they have it all together—but inside, they feel overwhelmed by intrusive thoughts, food and body struggles, perfectionism, and burnout.
I use proven methods like CBT, ERP, ACT, and mindfulness to help you break out of stuck patterns, feel more in control, and focus on what really matters to you.
